Richard has been working in design and construction since 1989. He started as a designer and master planner, working for many prestigious architecture firms such as Gensler in Santa Monica, Moore, Ruble & Yudell (MRY) in Santa Monica and LMN Architects in Seattle. 
He got his California Contractor's License in 2013, and started in the residential remodel business. He has since branched out into light commercial work and custom homes as well. He lives in the Belmont Shore area of Long Beach and his projects are in LA and Orange Counties.
He went to school at Oklahoma State University, and has a wife and two children who are in college.
